<strong data-start=\"329\" data-end=\"375\">Zoom Ekspose Mekanisme Keadilan Restoratif<\/strong> terkait usulan penyelesaian perkara yang diajukan oleh <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Kejaksaan Negeri Morowali<\/span><\/span> dan <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Kejaksaan Negeri Parigi Moutong<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"856\">Kegiatan ekspose ini merupakan bagian dari mekanisme penelaahan dalam penerapan <strong data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"658\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Keadilan Restoratif<\/span><\/span> (Restorative Justice)<\/strong>, sebagai wujud penegakan hukum yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada kepastian hukum, namun juga memperhatikan nilai keadilan, kemanfaatan, serta pemulihan hubungan antara pihak-pihak yang terlibat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"1084\" data-is-last-node=\"\"
