bertempat di Ruang Tahap II Kejaksaan Negeri Poso, Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Bapak Alexsander Rante Labi, S.H. menerima tahap II berupa penyerahan 3 (tiga) orang tersangka beserta barang bukti dari penyidik.<\/p>\n<p>Para tersangka diduga melakukan tindak pidana penipuan dan\/atau penggelapan sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 378 jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 jo Pasal 65 ayat (1) KUHP atau Pasal 372 jo
