Kedua tersangka ini telah menjalani proses hukum yang berakhir dengan penerapan Restorative Justice (RJ).<\/p>\n<p>Proses RJ ini diputuskan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Penghentian Penuntutan (SKP 2) dari Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Poso dengan nomor PRINT-319\/P.2.13\/Enz.2\/07\/2024. Dalam SKP tersebut, disebutkan bahwa penghentian penuntutan dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk menyelesaikan perkara secara kekeluargaan dan menghindari sanksi pidana yang lebih berat, dengan tujuan rehabilitasi bagi tersangka yang terlibat dalam kasus tertentu.<\/p>\n<p>Setelah putusan tersebut, kedua tersangka dibawa ke Balai Rehabilitasi BNN Badokka di Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, sebagai bagian dari upaya pemulihan mereka.
